Merit Badges
Scouts should see the Scoutmaster or an Assistant Scoutmaster at Troop meetings for the list of merit badge counselors and to obtain a merit badge blue card. A merit badge counselor is to be contacted BEFORE work is started on a merit badge. Completed and signed cards should be turned into the Advancement Chairman at a troop meeting for a recording in Troop records.
